SPMS-IMAC is an OKR-based Strategic Performance Management System that turns strategy into execution and impact, while aligning individual and organisational mindset.

It begins with Important, where the mission is clarified as a Strategic Idea that sets direction and moves to Measurement, where the Strategic Idea is translated into a Strategic Plan that defined through CSFs, KPIs, and strategic objectives (OKRs) to enable objective supervision and fair performance evaluation.

Next comes Action, where the organisation executes the plan through programs and tactics as Strategic Action, building momentum and motivation as people work consistently toward the goals. Finally, Compensation reinforces results through Strategic Reward and mission linked rewards, strengthening alignment by rewarding what truly advances the mission, so individual performance grows with organisational performance.
