Intelligence – Thinking – Mindset
Every individual has four types of intelligence that underpin four thinking abilities and
naturally form the four mindsets essential to carry out various roles in life: analytical intelligence, creative intelligence, practical intelligence, and affective intelligence.
Analytical Intelligence prioritizes the
ability to think rationally. This intelligence makes you a Thinker, characterized by a rational
mindset and consistent behavior
Creative Intelligence prioritizes the
ability to think imaginatively. This intelligence makes you a Dreamer, characterized by a creative and
innovative mindset and distinctive behavior
Practical Intelligence prioritizes act
thinking. This intelligence makes you a Challenger, characterized by a competitive
mindset and competitive behavior
Affective Intelligence prioritizes
feeling thinking. This intelligence makes you a Lover, characterized by a romantic mindset
(appreciation for harmony, teamwork, and ethics) and consensual behavior

Every individual requires talent to perfect various roles in life. What is talent? Talent is the outcome of our thinking abilities that emerge from our intelligence.

A Thinker with a Rational Mindset releases 5 talents:
analyzer, communicator, coordinator, planner, responsible person
A Dreamer with a Creative and Innovative Mindset releases 5
talents: innovator, change agent, synthesizer, learner, and trend watcher
A Challenger with a Competitive Mindset releases 5 talents:
achiever, motivator, competitor, actor, and commander
A Lover with a Romantic Mindset releases 5 talents:
altruist, role model, unifier, mentor, and connector
Multiple Intelligence and Whole Mindset
An individual is defined as someone with multiple intelligences when embodying a Whole Mindset.
Whole Mindset is the combination of Thinker + Dreamer + Challenger + Lover. A Whole mindset
proves that you have optimized the 4 intelligences, 4 thinking abilities, 4 mindsets, and 20
talents. Hence, you have the bright personality needed to synergize success in work and life.
The best thing is that WMA can help all of you gain a whole mindset. How so? By assessing

WMA and Other Assessments

Unlike other assessment, WMA is the only assessment that the methodology based on intelligence. While others discuss directly about thinking preferences, behavior, and personality, WMA map an individuals’ mindsets (A thinker, dreamer, challenger, and lover) and talents based on their dominance intelligence.

WMA & MBTI
MBTI focuses on personality preference (extraversion/introversion, sensing/intuition, thinking/feeling, and judging/perceiving), but they did not consider the reason behind that personality. Meanwhile, WMA maps the mindset and talents that underlie the various personalities, making it easier for individual to build a bright personality. Moreover, MBTI cannot tell you what and where your best career is, while WMA can discover your most suitable career as it measures an individual’s talents based on intelligence.
WMA & HBDI
Both assessments are discussing about individual way of thinking, but WMA based on the premise of intelligence while HBDI based on Whole Brain® Thinking. HBDI focus in measuring the thinking style preferences (analytical, practical, experimental, and relational thinking styles) and way to build common language, while WMA focus in mapping the mindset that is the result from the preferred thinking abilities and offers a way to optimize the mindset to the extent that it perfects an individual role in work and life.
WMA & Disc
WMA and DiSC provide valuable insights to help individuals understand more about themselves and other people. However, DiSC focuses on behavioral types (Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Compliance), while WMA maps the mindset and talents that underlie the various personalities.
