[{'type': 'h2', 'content': 'HI vs AI. Who is smarter?'}, {'type': 'p', 'content': 'Artificial Intelligence (AI) is hypothesized to be a cause of nearly 10 million Gen Z struggling to find employment. Indonesia faces an AI crisis. Although this is not yet fully tested, there is a widespread belief that human intelligence will be replaced by artificial intelligence. Is it true that Human Intelligence (HI) will be overshadowed by Artificial Intelligence (AI)? Certainly not! Why? Let’s discuss this.'}, {'type': 'p', 'content': 'Humans possess at least four types of intelligence: Analytical Intelligence (which involves working with numbers, words, and data), Emotional Intelligence (which involves building relationships), Practical Intelligence (which involves adapting to change), and Creative Intelligence (which involves imagination). Society often misinterprets human intelligence. People commonly define intelligence primarily as the ability to work with numbers, words, and data. However, many successful individuals may not excel in handling numbers, words, or data but are adept at responding to change, generating new ideas, or building relationships.'}, {'type': 'p', 'content': 'AI is fundamentally based on numerical, verbal, and data-related intelligence. Adaptation is understood by AI as having various scenarios derived from numbers, words, and data. Agility, responsiveness, persistence, proactivity, and focus are translated into numbers, words, and data. The rational and logical scenarios produced by AI cannot replace the practical intelligence of humans. Human practical intelligence is driven by emotional, imaginative, and analytical intelligence. This is why the ability to adapt is different for everyone. AI’s capacity for adaptation is limited compared to the adaptive intelligence possessed by humans.'}, {'type': 'p', 'content': 'AI can only engage in imagination by optimizing analytical intelligence to combine existing elements into something new. However, true imagination should produce something entirely new or create something out of nothing. Human imagination is unpredictable. If imagination were predictable, AI would be the winner. Human imagination introduces uncertainty and involves leaps in thinking. It can be motivated by practical intelligence as well as emotional intelligence, not just analytical intelligence. AI’s imagination is structured, while human imagination is unstructured. Thus, humans remain more creative.\n'}, {'type': 'p', 'content': 'Intelligence in relationships and love is reflected in three types of love in Greek: agape, eros, and philia. Agape represents the highest form of love, characterized by self-sacrifice. Eros is the love between romantic partners, while philia denotes the love found in friendship. Artificial Intelligence in the realm of love is limited to logical expressions, such as creating scenarios for when someone is happy, sad, angry, bored, confused, jealous, envious, in love, empathetic, self-sacrificing, friendly, ethical, or moral. Can AI truly express agape? Eros? Philia? For example, if AI interprets shouting, bulging eyes, a flushed face, and clenched fists as anger, does this really encompass all forms of anger? Does everyone exhibit anger in this manner? What if anger is accompanied by jealousy, empathy, envy, or motivation? Can AI discern when someone is joking, pretending, or being dramatic? The complexity of human intelligence in love and relationships raises the question: can AI truly replicate it?'}, {'type': 'p', 'content': 'Artificial intelligence, equipped with human-like sensory capabilities such as hearing, smelling, seeing, and touching, still falls short of matching human intelligence in areas like love, relationships, adaptation, and imagination. While AI may excel in logical reasoning, outperforming humans in speed, accuracy, detail, and data management, it cannot rival the combination of human analytical intelligence with emotional, practical, and imaginative intelligence. Success requires integrating all four types of intelligence. Relying solely on one type is insufficient. These four intelligences must be combined into a complex intelligence that is essential for achieving success in both work and life. Life intelligence is comprehensive, not partial.\n'}, {'type': 'p', 'content': 'Generation Z need not worry about artificial intelligence. Instead, Gen Z should focus on developing emotional, practical, and imaginative intelligence, complementing their analytical intelligence. When all four types of intelligence are combined, Gen Z can certainly surpass AI.'}, {'type': 'p', 'content': "Moreover, each person has a mindset that differentiates them from others in interpreting life. Human mindsets are dynamic, not static. Do AI systems, which are modeled after humans, have dynamic mindsets? Can AI systems collaborate with one another? Is it possible for ChatGPT, Anthropic's Claude, Meta's LLaMA, Microsoft Copilot, and Google Bard to form an AI community? Can these AI systems created by brilliant minds complement each other, or might they negate one another? Is there a culture that represents the accumulated mindset of an AI community? The answer depends on the mindset of the humans who create these AI systems. AI does not have its own mindset; it inherits the mindset of its creators. AI lacks paradigm, beliefs, and values that are fundamental to human life. Humans remain the ultimate creators of what they invent, and God remains sovereign over humanity, as humans are His creation. No matter how advanced human becomes, they must still respect their Creator. Humans remain more intelligent than AI.\n"}, {'type': 'p', 'content': 'From the above article, one can argue against the hypothesis that Gen Z today desires jobs that provide space for emotional intelligence. They seek free time to love themselves, socialize, and maintain balance in their lives. Gen Z is also developing imaginative intelligence, needing to express themselves, stand out, and not be bound by rigid rules. They are adapting to technological advancements, finding work that feels as casual as having coffee at a café. For Gen Z, working without technology is daunting. However, many companies in Indonesia still reject technology, enforce strict rules, and limit creativity. This is why Gen Z may be unemployed—not due to a lack of jobs, but because there are no jobs that align with their needs. Gen Z is protesting and prefers self-employment, which allows them to develop their emotional, practical, and creative intelligences. Gen Z favors working smart over working hard, which consumes excessive time and energy. Society must recognize that Gen Z represents a new era where all four intelligences in life are activated, not just the intelligence that glorifies numbers, rules, and routines.\n'}, {'type': 'p', 'content': 'Make it a good day!\n<br>\nGreeting transformation'}]
